If I could give someone else advice, then I would say that they must persevere with it. Try those things that are hard. Just because you had a stroke doesn’t mean that you should stop doing things. It just means that you should only do it for five or ten minutes and then rest, and then try again.
My husband wanted to mow the lawn when he came home from the hospital, but, he had neglect and I was worried that he would mow over the cord. So I walked with him and held the electric cord out of the way.
Finding ways to do things differently is important.
